What Is SuperStaffChat:
SuperStaffChat is a staffchat plugin that trys to make life easier for server admins, includes a staffchat admin command and regular staffchat command

Commands:
/sc - The main staffchat command
/sca - the admin command for superstaffchat

Permissions:
superstaffchat.use - allows players to use/see staff chat messages.
superstaffchat.reload - allows the player to reload the config from the admin command.
superstaffchat.alert - Allows use of the /sca alert feature to alert all online staff of something
