This random teleport will always try to spawn you two blocks above a safe surface, on very very rare instances you may spawn inside of a cave inside of a hill. This plugin can teleport you anywhere on a random plane of -15,000 or 15,000 blocks from spawn. This plugin also (Theoretically) works on any version but I haven't tested.
