Know issues:
Multiverse core:
After each restart, the plugin is killing the ropes if you set monsters to false.
To fix that: please use:
/mvmset monsters true
and
/mvmset monstersrate 0

Usage:
permission: prodigyrope.use
/prodigyrope or /pr
Then left click to place the first rope side and left click again to place the second rope side.
If you want to remove a rope, change your gamemode to spectator to see where the slime is located, change your gamemode to creative and kill any slime you want to remove.
not tested with older version of 1.15.2, but should works
