Overview:
MobSpawners allows a player not only to silk and place mob spawners, but to customized them with a GUI for multiple mobs and basic mob features.

Commands:
/mobspawners reload - reloads the mobspawners configuration
/spawner <give> <player> <mob> [amount] {data}
- gives a player a mob spawner with the defined attributes
Permissions:
mobspawners.admin - enables the mobspawners reload command
mobspawners.config - enables use of the the spawner gui with shift-right-click
mobspawners.silk - permits silking of a mob spawner
spawner.use - enables use of the spawner command

Items placed in Entity equipment are destroyed upon removal to prevent duplication.
