This plugin will allow you to force open one or more iron doors (It should also be able to bypass [Private]) in Minecraft for each version 1.16+. The lockpick has only 3 uses, after which it will break.
The Plugin is compatible with any texture that makes use of the CustomModelData functionality, a CustomModelData of "303002" has been assigned for the Lockpick. You can use it to give it a texture to your liking

Note: In the future (perhaps towards the Easter period if I can) I will add a feature that will impose a small puzzle to pick the door with the lockpick.
