Lockpick
This was a little something that I made for my own server, but because of the lack of functioning plugins that do anything similar, I've decided to release it publicly.
It's fairly simple: a player can use a lockpick item to unlock any door or chest that they do not have access to. When a player tries to open up a chest, the plugin checks whether or not they have build permissions there. If they do, it'll open normally. If they do not, it will tell them that they don't have permission (like usual), and hint that they may want to try using a lockpick to open it up.
Crafting Recipe
Because of the ever-present need of a server owner to rid the world of diamonds to help bolster the economy, the default crafting recipe requires one diamond to be used.
Lockpicking
Lockpicking is a difficult task. The event lasts 60 seconds and, every second, there's a configurable chance that you'll fail. As a result, it typically takes a few lockpicks to get a door open. While lockpicking, a sound is played at the door's location that sounds like someone is tinkering with the lock.
When a player starts lockpicking, a message and will be sent to the player(s) who own the chest (anyone who has build permissions at the chest's location, i.e. region members and owners).

voxela.lockpick.door - Allows the user to lockpick a door.
voxela.lockpick.chest - Allows the user to lockpick a chest.
voxela.lockpick.admin - Allows the user to reload the configuration.
