Permissions
chatman.* - Allows users to access all commands and permissions
chatman.broadcast - Allows users to use the /broadcast command
chatman.chatlock - Allows users to use the /chatlock command
chatman.clear - Allows users to use the /chatclear command
chatman.staff - Allows users to use the /staffchat command
chatman.allowswear - Allows users to bypass the swear filter
chatman.clear.bypass - Allows the user to bypass the chat clear
chatman.spy - Allows the user to toggle command spy on and off

%display% - The display name of the player
%sender% - The display name of the sender
