This plugin prevents other players who have no OP rights from seeing plugins on your server. Not only are the plugins hidden, but also the tab complete is prevented so that players cannot look behind the system either.

The plugin is 50% adjustable. Is called Permission + Prefix and also the message you get when the player has no rights to see the plugins.
