Simple plugin created relatively quickly provides new players with the following items upon join:
Full Leather Armor
Stone Sword
Stone Axe
Stone Pickaxe
10 Pieces of steak
Has 1 command that can be run once every 30 minutes, to retrieve these items again. /startkit
