PluginHider - Hide your Plugins with the simple PluginHider

What is PluginHider:

This is a simple Pluginhider.
You can add blocked-commands,
change the pluginhider-message,
change the permission (If you want one).
And by the way, you dont need a reload to reload the configuration.
