This skript contains:
Staff Chat - Sends a message to all staff with permission. Can be used by /sc (message), /sc and by adding "%" in front of your message in chat.
Vanish - Makes you invisible to all players apart from staff with a permission. Commands: /vanish, /v
Captcha - Stops a player from typing a message in chat until they move or type the Captcha sent to them when they join. Players with a permission can bypass the captcha (they won't have to do it)
Inventory See - Allows a player to edit/view another player's inventory. Players with a permission are immune to this command (players can't see this person's inventory).
Reports - Let's players report other players with /report.
Clear Chat - Clears the chat
Mute Chat - Mutes the chat so only people with permission can type in chat
A full punishment system (Ban, Unban, Mute, Unmute, Kick, Warn, Unwarn and a Punish GUI).


/staffchat help - Shows all these commands
/staffchat (message) - Sends a message to all staff
/staffchat show prefix - ADMIN ONLY Shows player's ranks
prefixes in staff chat
/staffchat list users - Lists all the players that can see staffchat
/staffchat notify bossbar - ADMIN ONLY Shows the bossbar when a player enables staffchat
/staffchat - Toggles your staff chat

/staffutil info - Shows info about your skript
/staffutil - Shows all command help
/staffutil reload - Reloads the skript
/staffutil permissions - Shows all permissions
/staffutil reset - Resets the skript's variables
/staffutil builtin chat - Enables the custom-builtin chat
/staffutil autoupdate - Toggles the autoupdater
/staffutil autoupdate notify - Toggles the autoupdater notifier
/staffutil update - Checks for updates and updates the skript

/clearchat - Clears the chat
/clearchat show player - Shows or hides the player who cleared the chat

/vanish - Makes you invisible to most players
/vanish (player) - Makes the specified player go into vanish
/vanishlist - Lists all people in vanish
/mutechat - Mutes the chat and allows others to type in chat
/mutechat show player - Shows the player in the broadcasted message

/captcha toggle - Toggles the server captcha
/captcha (your captcha) - Does your captcha
/captcha my captcha - Sends you your captcha
/inventory (player) - Opens the specified player's inventory

/whitechat - Toggles your whitechat (by default only works with the skript's custom chat)
/whitechat (player) - Toggles the specified player's whitechat
/whitechatserver - Toggles the use of whitechat for the whole server
/report (player)
(reason) - Reports the specified player for the specified reason

/ban (player) (reason) [-s] (time) - Bans the specified player for the specified amount of time. "-s" makes it so only staff can see the ban message
/unban (player) (reason) [-s] - Unbans the specified player
/mute (player) [reason] [-s] [time] - Mutes the specified player
/unmute (player) (reason) [-s] - Unmutes the specified player
/kick (player) (reason) [-s] - Kicks the specified player
/warn (player) (reason) [-s] - Warns the specified player
/unwarn (player) (reason) [-s] - Unwarns the specified player
/punish [player] - Punishes the specified player with already-set punishments.


Staffchat.see - Allows players to see staffchat
Staffchat.type - Allows players to type in staffchat
Staffchat.toggleprefix - Allows players to toggle the prefix in staffchat
Staffchat.listusers - Allows a player to list all the users that can see staffchat

Vanish.see - See players in vanish
Vanish.use - Use vanish
Vanish.other - Toggle another player's vanish
Vanish.list - Lists the players in vanish

Clearchat.clear - Clear the chat

MuteChat.mute - Allows a player to mute the chat
MuteChat.talk - Allows a player to talk when the chat is muted
MuteChat.toggle-playernames - Allows a player to toggle player names in the broadcast

Captcha.toggle - Toggles the captcha for the server
Captcha.bypass - Allows a player to bypass the captcha on join

Reports.see - Allows a player to see the reports
Reports.use - Allows a player to use /report

punish.ban - Allows the player to use the /ban command
punish.unban - Allows the player to use the /unban command
punish.mute - Allows the player to use the /mute command
punish.unmute - Allows the player to use the /unmute command
punish.kick - Allows the player to use the /kick command
punish.warn - Allows the player to use the /warn command
punish.unwarn - Allows the player to use the /unwarn command
