The version 1.12.2 is the latest MC version that
has extreme stability in terms of any certain server
aspect. Newer versions has a lot of new items/blocks,
but we are here to give best stability instead
of a lot of buggy features, for one Creative server.

➢ OPTIMIZATION | This build has big impacts from configuration files made in my [BASE]Spigot 1.8.8 & 1.12.2 resource. TPS can't be better and this setup without misleading coded plugins boosts up performance combined with [BASE]Spigot's configuration files.
➢ CREATIVE FEATURES/MECHANICS
PLOT (world) SYSTEM | The main world is "plot-world" which has plots (basically same squares for each player, divided by road) where players can start building and exploring their creative side.
ITEM/BLOCK LIMITS | There are some items/blocks that are prohibited by the server (you can't use/place them) because of security reasons. Although, this can be modified anytime but not recommended, stick by default. If you really need certain blocked item/block, allow it at your own risk.
BUILDING LIMITS | There are building limits which are covered in section above ("item/block limits"), and there are FAWE limits; continue reading if you want to know more information.
BUILDER WORLD | The main world (with server spawn) is the world with plots, but the "builder world" is world where only builders can go (teleport) and build anywhere, as the world is flat (superflat) without plots/road.
➢ FIRST THOUGHTS
MOTD | Message of the day, that'll display before you join the server; fully customizable; there is also message of the day when you join the server, in the chat (it's actually called welcome message).
WELCOME TITLE | Message over your screen will appear to wish you happy playing.
WELCOME MESSAGE | This is in-game (chat) "message of the day", it'll display every time you join the server.
FIRST-JOIN MESSAGE | This in-game (chat) message will appear just once, ever; only when you join the server first-time ever. Good for new players.
SERVER MESSAGES | Fully customizable, but integrated with this build - server messages: server-restart message, server-full message, server-outdated message, client-outdated message, whitelist-on/off message.
➢ CUSTOM BUILDS
SPAWN | Fully custom made spawn (it was a private build of mine). It takes 2x2 merged plots (which is little over 200x200 blocks including road width).
ROAD | Fully custom road (made by me) in colors to match the server color design (yellow/orange).
➢ DESIGN
AUTO ANNOUNCEMENTS/MESSAGES | Automatic messages displayed every X minutes (configurable). Messages are fully customizable.
SCOREBOARD | Scoreboard (sidebar/sideboard) is ultra flexible, just change a title and you're ready for your server adventure!
TABLIST | TAB list has some nice touch of design, but very simple, just to enjoy the view with a lot of players.
NAMETAG | Name-tags above head has multiple lines, and represent player's faction name, their rank, IGN and health.
CHAT
MESSAGES FORMAT | Chat format is very sleek, for every each rank there is certain color.
JOIN/LEAVE MESSAGES | Join/leave messages are very simple although very clear in their statements.
➢ RANKS
DEFAULT RANK | The default rank, that everybody has on first join.
BUILDER RANKS | There are ranks that can be gained with your building skills, depending on the users on the server that make decision if you are going to be promoted to any of the Builder ranks or not.
DONATOR (paid) RANKS | There are ranks that can be gained only by paying (donating) for the server.
STAFF RANKS | Staff Team ranks, most of them have their own permissions, be sure to check what does every each rank have. Also you can modify them to your liking of course.
➢ CUSTOM MENUS
WIKIPEDIA/HELP | Simple, yet extended wikipedia/help menu.

[SOON] RANKS/COMMANDS | Full list of default, builder and donator(paid) ranks, with their privileges and commands listed in the tabs (in-game, GUI slots) around them.
➢ FAWE & FAVS
RANK LIMITS | Each rank, either default, builder or donator rank, has certain limit on usage of WorldEdit (FAWE), or trivially called "wand". This is block per "wand" usage, example: if your limit is 5000, and your wand selection is 5100, then when you do any wand action, it will do work for only 5000 blocks, leaving those 100 blocks untouched.
ITEM/BLOCK LIMITS | There are some items/blocks that are prohibited in usage of "wand", so you can use their name/ID to set/replace (or other WorldEdit actions) it with wand.
➢ CHAT FEATURES/MECHANICS
ADVERTISING (blocked) | Most common-sensed advertising is automatically blocked (using plugin) and Staff Team ranks/members will be notified of it.
SPAM (blocked) | Any type of spam (except some commands) is automatically blocked.
EASY STAFF MODERATION | Commands for Staff Team ranks/members are pretty simple, to moderate chat as well as member's messages.
DONATOR/STAFF BYPASS | Donators/Staff Team ranks/members are able to bypass almost every type of chat blockage modules (except advertising module).
BUBBLE (HOLO) CHAT | Above player's head, there will be a hologram that will fully represent the text message that player has sent, staying as hologram above its head for some seconds.
➢ CREATIVE NBT-CONTROL | Controlling NBT functionalities is fully regulated by this plugin, so if someone tries to crash server with NBT tags (because MC creative gamemode is very extensible and can be combined with malicious stuff), they will be automatically regulated and no crash will occur ever.
➢ CHAT GAMES | Type-a-word/reaction & math-in-chat are simple way to distract people from only building, yet to look and interact with chat a little, and maybe see some messages by other players when look at those chat games, so they get involved in conversation.
➢ HUGS | SHIFT + RIGHT-CLICK to hug! Hugs everywhere!!!
➢ DISGUISE | Disguise into mob, player or anything you imagine. Nice perk for donator ranks!
➢ MARRIAGE | Marrying with the ones you love. Not that pathetic tho... Just for fun!
➢ RAINBOW ARMOR | The best way to reflect and act as a rainbow!
➢ PARTICLES | Particles around player, for example representing angel wings, or something else. Nice perk for donators.
➢ HOLOGRAMS | Holograms over the spawn.
➢ CUSTOM COMMANDS | There are some of them, but the one that is representive is "/colors".
➢ ADDITIONAL (CONTENT) | Included in this resource, there is "additional_content" folder (slightly differently named in the resource files) which has some additional stuff that might be useful to you. Feel free to study them.
