Features:
Import data from the plugin FlickeringPumpkins
Pumpkin flickering is done fully asychroniously and uses packets directly to prevent lag
Turns pumpkins on and off randomly
Show particles at pumpkin change
Spawns bats on pumpkin turn-on
Show particles randomly around the spawned bats.
Toggleable bat spawning
Sound on bat spawns (adjustable, toggleable)
Different turn-on and turn-off probabilities
Multiple ways of setting pumpkins (new!)
Get a special pumpkin by /fpl get
Toggle any placed pumpkin lantern get flickering with /fpl toggle (new!)
Switch direction how the toggle works
Set all configuration values ingame, instant changes

Permissions:

Gives you access to the help
flickeringpumpkinslite.command.<insert subcommand here>
Gives you full access to the given subcommand
flickeringpumpkinslite.allowtoggle
Toggle only applies to you, if you have this permission
If you do not have it, the toggleDefault and the /fpl toggle command do not have any effects when placing a pumpkin - it will not flicker
So if you do not have this permission, you can only create flickering pumpkins by placing the special pumpkin optainable by /fpl get
